This petition will be presented to the Fuquay Varina planning committee.
Businesses and commerce members signatures will be introduced to the
planning board of Fuquay, on Tuesday, the 6th of December.
The small studio will be an establishment of class and will only bring culture
and professionalism, as well as a prospective business to the community.
Please take a minute to provide me with your signature along with any

In an effort to bring a broader version of art to the town, we ask that you will allow 401 Tattoo to be
opened in downtown Fuquay. The property which 401 Tattoo will do business meets all necessary
health inspection guidelines. It will provide the people who wish to have a tattoo studio closer to
home easy access and bring higher traffic to the businesses surrounding.
401 Tattoo will cause no distraction to surrounding businesses or homes. The owners of 401 Tattoo
are business minded, responsible and mature. With experience, talent, and professionalism. I strive
to make 401 Tattoo and Art a beneficial part of fuquays respected businesses.

churches. Fuquay ordinance for tattoo parlors states: 'NO PARLOR MAY OPEN WITHIN 1000' FT of churches, schools,
daycares or other parlors'. These two churches barely fall into the radius of circumference in this ordinance.
Next step: Petition Board of Adjustments to rewrite ordinance. To ask for ordinance change to be reduced to 800ft. This
will allow this location to be suitable, as well as offer more lenience to any future shop endeavour, yet still retain a well
defined distance respectfully asked from 'sensitive' religious organizations and public schools. Several other states
operate within a 500' radius.
